Taiwan Scuba Crew
All members of the Taiwan Scuba team are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of service and experience for those choosing to scuba dive in Taiwan. All members of the Taiwan Scuba crew are avid divers themselves who have lived in Taiwan for many years. We are each constantly upgrading our own skills. For each of us, scuba diving in Taiwan plays a large role in our lives.
Tanny (PADI IDC Staff)
Tanny is a Medical Doctor and has been a PADI Instructor for over ten years. He has experience diving all over Asia and organizes regular trips to Okinawa, Japan. Tanny is also a Specialty Instructor for Night Diving, Underwater Navigation, Underwater Photography, Boat Diving, Deep Diving and Enriched Air Nitrox. Tanny is also an Emergency First Response Instructor. Tanny speaks Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese and English.
Joe (PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor)
Joe is a certified teacher from Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Science in Education and a Master of Communications Studies. Joe has been working as a PADI professional for six years and has been diving in Asia and in Canada. Joe is a PADI Specialty Instructor for Night Diving, Wreck Diving, Underwater Naturalist, Deep Diving and Enriched Air Nitrox. Joe is an Emergency First Response Instructor and an EFR Instructor for child and infant. Joe speaks English.
Arnold (PADI Assistant Instructor)
Arnold has been working in the dive industry for over ten years both here in Taiwan and in the Philippines. He has logged several thousand dives and has tremendous experience both as a dive guide and as an Assistant Instructor. Arnold is an experienced underwater video-grapher and photographer. Arnold speaks English, Talagog and Basia.
Ben (Dive Master Trainee)
A new addition to the Taiwan Scuba crew, Ben has been working hard assisting on PADI courses and working with customers since September of 2004. Ben is a certified Elementary and Special Education teacher and holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. Ben speaks English and French.
